Definitions

1.1 In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings.

‘Company’ means Laurelle London ltd ‘Customer’ means any legal person or body corporate whose order is accepted by the company.
‘Goods’ means any goods forming the subject of this contract including parts or extras incorporated in them.
‘Services’ means any services forming the subject of the contract

Prices

2.1 The prices for the Goods or Services are ex-works and exclude packing and carriage. Prices involved are calculated in respect of the quantity of Goods or Services actually delivered and hour of Services provided irrespective of the quantity in respect of which any quotation was issued.

2.2 The company shall have the right to adjust its prices for any increase in cost of any kid arising for the reason after the date of the Contract.

Payment

3.1 All parts remain property of Laurelle London ltd until paid for in full.

3.2 Payment is accepted through Paypal or personal cheque. Contact us for details.

3.3 If we believe your details to be suspect or in any way counterfeit, we will inform legal authorities.

Claims

4.1 Any claim that any Goods have been delivered incorrectly in quantity, or do not comply with their description must be notified by the Customer to the Company within 24 working hours of delivery.

4.2 Any alleged defect shall be notified by the Customer to the Company in 5 working days of the delivery of the Goods.

4.3 Any claim under this condition must be in writing and must contain full detail of the claim/problem.

4.4 The company shall have no liability with regard to any claim in the respect of which the Customer has not complied with the claims procedures in these conditions.

4.5 The Company shall have no liability and will not accept claims for parts damaged due to use of our Goods, whether or not our Goods are deemed faulty.

Delivery

5.1 The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery

  1. a) Your order will be dispatched within 7 days of placing.
  2. b) In some situations, if your product is out of stock we can take up to 14 days to dispatch it.

5.2 Delivery takes place either:

  1. a) At Your premises (if the Goods are delivered)
  2. b) At Our Premises (if You have Purchased in our shop)

5.3 It is your responsibility to inspect the goods on Delivery.

Items that have been damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24 working hours of delivery.

Returns

6.1 The Customer will pay return postage unless otherwise agreed.

6.2 The safe delivery of the returned item is the responsibility of the Customer.

6.3 A covering note must be enclosed giving a comprehensive fault report.

6.4 The packaging must be complete, unless otherwise agreed with

General

7.1 Goods are not sold on a trial basis

7.2 Goods offered subject to being unsold. In the event of non-availability of Goods, we reserve the right to rescind contract.

Cancellation

8.1 The customer has a right to cancel their order within 7 days from which it was received providing it is un-opened and un-used.

8.2 If we suspect the packaging has been in any way tampered with, we have the right to refuse a refund.

Force Majeure

9.1 The Company shall not be liable for any act or omission arising which shall render performance of the contract impossible or shall in any way have the effect of frustrating the common cause where such act of omission is beyond the control of either the company or the customer was not reasonably foreseeable by them. Such acts of omissions shall have the effect of automatically terminating the contract.

Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall in all respect be constructed and interpreted in accordance with the law of Contract in England and Wales notwithstanding the effect of the law of the European Union. Where the Company and the Customer have contracted to perform in England and Wales or Scotland the competent Cour of Jurisdiction shall be the High Court of England and Wales. Where the Customer is resident in the European Union or EFTA, the Company may at its absolute discretion nominate the Court of the Customer’s member state to be the Court of competent jurisdiction under the Brussels Convention. Where the Customer is resident elsewhere, the Company shall possess the absolute discretion as to the competent court or jurisdiction.
